KYOKUSHIN KARATE CLASSES SCHEDULE

Adults / Juniors / Kids karate classes

Kids karate classes are 60 minutes long. They always start with a workout for the whole class, then the group is divided by age and belt level for more specific training.

Adult classes are 15 minutes longer than kids’ classes. The group is also divided by belt level, to practice specific techniques and katas.

You are never too old to start practicing karate and can be in any physical shape. All you need is ambition. New students may join a session at any time.

Monday
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm : Kids – Juniors (5 years old and over)
7:45 pm to 9 pm : Adults – Juniors (all belt levels)
9 pm to 9:30 pm : Adults – Juniors (black belts)

Thursday
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm : Kids – Juniors (5 years old and over)
7:45 pm to 9 pm : Adults – Juniors (all belt levels)
9 pm to 9:30 pm : Adults – Juniors (black belts)

Weapons classes
* Special classes schedules will be given at the dojo when offered

Register today

We will let you try 2 classes for free. All you need to do is fill out the following form and we’ll contact you to schedule your first session. One of our instructors will then greet you at the dojo with all the details.

By trying out for a class, you’ll get to see for yourself how our school operates. In respect to Bushido philosophies and Kyokushin spirit, we pride ourselves on decorum, all the while maintaining a friendly environment.
